This survey is being conducted in order to identify the learning and training needs of social care colleagues in relation to the Mental Capacity Act 2005. The information will be used to help design a Mental Capacity Masterclass, which will aim to refresh and improve knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and how it applies in your place of work. It will also inform future projects are designed to ensure a smooth implementation of the Liberty Protection Safeguards, which are currently due to become law in April 2022 and will replace the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
